Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Guests

More Than 7 Days Before Check-In

Guests may cancel their reservation and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees where applicable.

Between 3 and 7 Days Before Check-In

Guests are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.

Less Than 72 Hours Before Check-In

No refund will be issued.

No-Show Policy

Failure to check in without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No refund will be provided.

Early Departure

Guests who voluntarily shorten their stay after check-in are not entitled to refunds for unused nights.

Cancellation by Julian's Apartments

If Julian's Apartments must cancel a confirmed reservation for reasons within our control, guests will be offered a full refund or alternative accommodation where available.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Payment gateway fees
  • Bank transfer charges
  • Third-party processing fees

Force Majeure

Refund obligations may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, or civil unrest.

Policy Updates
