Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation becomes confirmed only after payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦).
Rates may change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
Applicable taxes and charges may apply.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In: 2:00 PM
Check-Out: 12:00 PM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Guest Responsibilities

Provide accurate booking information.
Respect apartment rules and neighboring residents.
Keep the property in good condition.
Follow all safety and security guidelines.

Prohibited Activities

Illegal activities
Excessive noise or disturbances
Smoking in non-smoking areas
Property misuse or vandalism
Unauthorized events or parties

Visitors

Visitors may be permitted subject to management approval. Additional overnight guests may attract extra charges.

Property Damage

Guests are responsible for damage caused to the apartment, furnishings, appliances, or facilities during their stay.

Personal Belongings

Julian's Apartments shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation, terminate a stay, or cancel a booking where these terms are violated.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
